A retail parade in Cricklewood acquired for future redevelopment potential. Planning consent was obtained for the demolition of all existing buildings and construction of a part three, part four and part five storey building providing c4000 sq ft of flexible ground floor retail space and 38 residential apartments on the upper floors.
