A vacant industrial site of c1.25 acres was acquired within the LLDC for future redevelopment, including four small light-industrial buildings in disrepair, and a large open storage yard. Planning permission obtained for a mixed-use development comprising c50,000 sq ft of commercial and industrial uses, in addition to 120 residential apartments.
