The former Honda Racing UK Head Office site (2.75 acres) was acquired for development. Planning consent was obtained on part of the site for a new car showroom dealership. Pre-let was agreed with the Jardine Motors Group, and the investment was sold to an investment fund upon completion. The remainder of the site included a 20,000 sq ft office building which was sold to the neighbouring owner/occupier.
