A part-let shopping centre investment was acquired for future asset management and development opportunities. Planning permission was obtained for comprehensive mixed-use development, including 50,000 sq ft of retail and leisure units, a new multi-storey car park, and 180 residential apartments (which were forward funded by L&Q for PRS).
